For questions related to warranty service, you can contact us from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Before using the goods, please read the user instructions and warranty card. The start date of the warranty period is the date of sale and is valid within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

 

The warranty may not be valid for certain components of the goods that have no warranty or have a limited warranty period (up to 3, 6, or 12 months) according to the manufacturer's conditions. Consumables have no warranty.

 

Warranty service may be denied in the following cases:

 

- When warranty documents are not presented or there is a mismatch between the data provided in the warranty card and the goods.
- When warranty documents have been altered.
- When the damage is caused by incorrect or rough use/transport/storage/installation, negligence, mechanical damage, dropping, impact, spilling liquids or food, exposure to chemical products, moisture, vapors, direct sunlight or extreme temperature conditions, corrosion, oxidation, vibrations, improper cooling, natural disasters, and external influences, including working in a polluted environment, insect penetration, and other causes beyond the manufacturer's control, damaged appearance, deterioration due to improper usage.
- When the integrity of the goods or packaging is compromised.
- When the manufacturer's label or warranty sticker is missing or erased.
- When the product is used incorrectly, contrary to the instructions and warranty conditions of the manufacturer in the warranty card or accompanying product documentation.
- When the product is used for purposes other than its intended use.
Upon receipt of the product for service, a service protocol (in two copies) will be issued, completed by an employee and signed by the customer.

The time to repair the damage is 30 working days from the date of acceptance of the product in the service.

 

- For claims, the customer must present a warranty card (receipt). Otherwise, the warranty for the product is void.
- Regardless of the commercial warranty, the seller is responsible for the lack of conformity of the consumer goods with the sales contract according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
The consumer has the right, without owing compensation or penalty and without giving a reason, to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance within 14 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract or the date of receipt of the goods, under the conditions of Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Legal Warranty. Information for Consumers

 

All products presented on the website and/or sold in the online store are covered by a legal warranty for the conformity of the goods with the sales contract according to Articles 112-115 of the Consumer Protection Act. The commercial warranty does not affect the rights of consumers arising from the warranty under Articles 112-115 of the Consumer Protection Act. Regardless of the commercial warranty, the seller is responsible for the lack of conformity of the consumer goods with the sales contract according to the warranty under Articles 112-115 of the Consumer Protection Act.
