These "Terms and Conditions" govern the relationship between "ISD BG" Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as www.isd-bg.com) on one side and the users of the electronic (internet) pages and services located on the domain www.isd-bg.com (hereinafter referred to as the site). These conditions are binding for all users who, by marking any object, link, or button placed on the pages of www.isd-bg.com (except for the link to these "Terms and Conditions"), agree, fully accept, and commit to comply with these "Terms and Conditions."

REGISTRATION

You can place an order on www.isd-bg.com as a guest or as a registered user. To register, you must select a unique username and password, as well as provide a delivery address, name, surname, email, and contact phone numbers, at which your data will be saved in our system. After successful registration and saving your data in the system, for every new order, you will have the possibility to change your delivery address and personal data, as well as specify your representative to accept the order if necessary. By marking the "I agree with the 'Terms and Conditions'" box, you make an electronic statement under the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, confirming that you are aware of and accept these terms.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA

The personal data you provide to www.isd-bg.com will only be used in connection with providing services to you as a client – for processing and delivering the order, establishing contact with you, and delivering information in the form of a newsletter (which you can unsubscribe from at any time). www.isd-bg.com guarantees that your personal data will not be provided to third parties or used for purposes other than those mentioned above.

ORDER

You can order from www.isd-bg.com 24 hours a day, including on Saturdays, Sundays, and official holidays. Upon finalizing your order, you will have the opportunity to review the products you have selected, as well as delivery and contact information, and make corrections if necessary. You will be notified by email about the receipt, confirmation, and shipment of your order. Orders placed during official holidays, including Saturdays and Sundays, will be processed on the first working day – you will receive an email confirming and dispatching your order on that day. ORDER PRICE

The final amount due represents the sum of all the individual products you have ordered, plus the delivery cost. All items have VAT pre-applied. Delivery is at the customer's expense.

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS PUBLISHED on www.isd-bg.com

All promotional products in the online store www.isd-bg.com are valid only for orders placed online (remotely). Prices in the physical store of ISD BG Ltd. at Sofia, postal code 1517, Botewgradskio Shosse Blvd. 247, may differ from the promotional prices in the online store. ISSUES WITH ORDER EXECUTION

Possible issues with placing the order:

1. One or more of the ordered items are not available; in such cases, a representative of www.isd-bg.com will contact you as soon as possible.
2. The delivery/payment address is incomplete or incorrect.
3. Unsuccessful payment when choosing a bank transfer to complete the transaction.
4. Incorrect phone number for contacting the customer.

If you have any questions related to your order, you can contact us on working days from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

In case of delivery issues caused by www.isd-bg.com, we are responsible for any additional costs incurred. The customer is responsible for additional costs if they are responsible for the occurrence of the issue.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Cash on Delivery – you pay the full amount to the courier upon receipt of the order.
2. Bank Transfer – payment by bank transfer to the account of www.isd-bg.com specified on the site; no payment is made to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
3. Payment via Virtual POS with Debit/Credit Card.
4. Financing via consumer goods credit with TBI.

ORDER CANCELLATION

According to the provisions of Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. To do so, the item must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use or damage to its commercial appearance, along with the receipt and any promotional gifts.

In case of order cancellation, refunds made through debit/credit cards will be returned to the account from which they were made.

All courier services for the return of the package are at the customer's expense.

Returns/exchanges in the physical store for goods purchased online can be done on working days, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS

For any issues not addressed in these Terms and Conditions and any additional questions, you can contact our representative via the provided email/phone contact.

In case of disputes, the Administrator will mediate between the Seller and the Consumer to resolve them in a direct and friendly manner. If all possibilities are exhausted, the disputes will be resolved by the competent court or by an alternative dispute resolution authority. The alternative dispute resolution authority under Article 181n of the Consumer Protection Act is the Conciliation Commission under the Consumer Protection Commission.

In case of an online sale dispute, the consumer can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (for disputes between online traders and consumers), available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main.
